An Indispensable Remark is Not to be Forgetting

Shabbat (Sabbath) day has been a day of commemoration of the creative work of the Almighty; He used six days in creating the whole universe, but the seventh day He rested. And sanctified it, Bereshith (Genesis) 2:1:3. Almighty, said in Shemoth (Exodus) 20:8 that we should remember the Shabbat (Sabbath) day to keep it holy; six days shall thou labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Shabbat of rest.

Yahweh the Mighty One of Israel said that Shabbat (Sabbath) is a sign between Him and His people—Shemoth (Exodus) 31:13.

If you are keeping Shabbat (Sabbath) day holy by not doing your business on that day, you will be blessed and will be fed with the heritage of Jacob, your father—Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 58:13-14. Keeping of the Shabbat (Sabbath) day holy is for both the Jews and non-Jews—Isaiah 56:6, Numbers 15:16.

THE SAVIOUR AND THE SHABBAT(SABBATH)

Yahshua the Messiah was going for worship on the Shabbat (Sabbath) days according to the book of Luke 4:16, which says that, as his custom was, he entered into the synagogue on the Shabbat day (Sabbath) and stood up to read the Bible. Read also Mark 1:21.

Mark 6:2 said that he entered into the synagogue on the Shabbat(Sabbath) day and taught, so the messiah was not an ordinary floor member but was a Bible Teacher called Rabbi.

Mark 3:1-4; he healed a man of withered hand on the Shabbat (Sabbath) day so that his whole body might be at rest. He fed the apostles with corn plucked on the Shabbat(Sabbath) day because a hunger is not at rest.

Remember that the Messiah was not proving the inefficacy of the Shabbat day but redeeming time to save situations.

Shabbat (Sabbath) day is one of the Ten Commandment Exdous 20:3-17. Yahshua the Messiah said to the young rich ruler to keep the commandments if he wants to gain eternal life Luke 18:18-19, James 2:10 said that he who keeps the law and offends in one point becomes guilty of all.

THE APOSTLES KEPT SHABBAT (Sabbath) DAY HOLY

Act 13:14 says that when they departed from Perga, they come to Antioch in Picidea and went into the Synagogue on the Shabbat(Sabbath) day and sat down. Acts 13:44 and the next Shabbat(Sabbath) day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of Yahweh.

Act 17:2, Act 18:4-6 so the Apostles did not shift Shabbat(Sabbath) to Sunday because of the Messiah’s resurrection incidence as many can say.

HISTORY

1 Maccabees 1:37-50 king Anitichus decreed and many Israelites were killed and the rest were captivated and were commanded not to keep the Shabbat (Sabbath) day anymore and never to abide by the commandment of the Almighty.

Emperor Constantine the Great of Rome is one of the people that battled down the Shabbat(Sabbath) day’s sanctity and magnified Sunday, which is the first day of the week for the reverence of their sun God.

He ordered that everybody should be keeping Sunday holy instead of biblical Sabbath and that anyone that will be found keeping Shabbat(Sabbath) day any longer should be seal factual with his blood so with fear and trembling compliance was achieved and that is how Shabbat(Sabbath) day  was supplanted for Sunday. The Savior said in  Mathew 15:8-9 that these people worship him in vain for they teach according to the commandments of men.

If you find Sabbath in word, list of good news bible, it states that Sabbath is a day of rest beginning from sunset on. Friday to sunset of Saturday, a holy day in, which no work is permitted.

CATHOLIC RESPONSE ABOUT SABBATH

1.     Question: Who changed the Sabbath day to Sunday

Answer: The Holy Catholic Church

2.     Question: Which day is the Sabbath day?

Answer: Saturday is the Sabbath day

3.     Question: Why do we observe Sunday, the first day of the week, instead of Saturday, the seventh day of the week, being Sabbath?

Answer: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church in the Council of Laobicea in (AD 364) transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.
